I had to exchange an item because it showed up in the wrong size, which was a little frustrating at first. Thankfully, demco made the process painless. They sent the return label quickly, and while it took a few days for everything to update, it all worked out in the end. I was relieved it didn’t turn into a bigger hassle.

I was able to find the supplies I needed on sale, and the price was better than I expected. Checkout was simple, and everything showed as in stock, which was a big help. I’d definitely order from them again

I stopped in hoping to grab a few basics, but once again, so much was out of stock. I get that shortages happen sometimes, but when people are counting on a store for everyday items, it feels like they have a responsibility to stay on top of it. It’s frustrating to make the trip and leave with barely anything.

The truck showed up late, and the box was in rough shape when it finally got here. Definitely not the smoothest delivery experience.

I weirdly remember one box had a tiny scuff shaped like a comma on the corner, but the stuff inside was totally fine. It made picking what we needed easy, and I’d order from them again.

I ordered something from demco.com and had a question about the shipment. Nothing too complicated. Just needed a little clarification, so I reached out to customer service.

It took a bit to hear back. And when they finally replied, it felt like they skimmed my message. Or maybe didn’t read it all the way. I had to explain the same thing again, which got annoying fast.

They weren’t rude or anything. Just not that helpful. I ended up figuring it out on my own, but yeah… I expected the support to be better.

I was trying to place an order using a purchase order and, i wasn’t totally sure if I had everything filled out the right way. You know how those little details can trip you up. Demco support got back to me quickly and pointed out one missing piece I needed to fix, which was a relief because I didn’t want the order getting held up over something small.

Once I added that, the order went through without any issues. I’m giving 4 stars just because there was one reply that took a little longer than I expected, but overall it was a easy process and the support team was helpful when I needed them.

The item I ordered was on backorder, but they did a great job keeping me in the loop. I got clear updates along the way, and it actually shipped earlier than the date they originally gave me. Really appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made the whole thing...

Setting up and managing our Demco account has been smooth overall. I can actually find orders and invoices without digging around too much, and updating our info didn’t take long at all. We did run into one small login issue, but support got it sorted out quickly.
